Fiona's Choice Release Day Blitz & Giveaway

Title: Fiona’s Choice
Author: Deena Remiel
Genre: Paranormal Romance

Blurb:
A modern young woman on the coast of Ireland, widowed too soon by the death of her sailor husband, is visited by the fabled Irish sea god Lir...and true love.

FROM THE DEPTHS

Ten years after a terrible accident steals her happiness, Fiona Moran has a life as shabby and rundown as the little lighthouse she maintains on the isle of Inisheer—and only fury in her heart for the fabled gods of Ireland. Little does she know, all that is about to change. Backlit by the pouring rain, a handsome stranger appears on her doorstep, and unlike the fearsome deity tasked with sailing drowned souls to their final resting place, this handsome behemoth with a boyish grin is intent upon raising her back to the heights of happiness. He alone can make this offer of bliss. She alone can choose it.

Deena spends her time playing in the Garden of Good and Evil as she writes fantasy, paranormal romance, and suspense. She’s been known to have downed a few beers with her angels, and even put Satan in his place a time or two. She’s fascinated with the concept of immortality and all its implications. Gilbert, Arizona, near her beloved Superstition Mountains, is where she and her family call home.

“Crazy?” Fiona huffed her way into the kitchen with the barely emptied coffee mug and dumped it in the sink. “Why? Is it wrong to love my husband so deeply that my heart shrivels and dies without him around? Is it crazy that all livin’ color has gone gray in my world? I curse the sea fer takin’ ye away from me, Connor, because the better half of me drowned along with ye that day.”

She crumpled to the wooden floor and dissolved into a mass of wretched sobs, something she hadn’t done for months. A stranger had intruded on her world, disrupting the numbing effects of a despondency she’d come to rely on to get her through each day. All with a simple, careless comment.

“Oh, Connor!” Weak hands slapped at the floor beneath her. She didn’t know how much more she could take before she walked herself right into the ocean with no thought of coming back.

Pounding on her door accentuated her desperate thoughts, and a muffled voice seeped through the cracks.

“Mrs. Moran, I’ve come back to apologize. I’m so sorry. For everythin’. Please open the door so I can tell ye so to yer face. I can’t leave without makin’ things right between us.”
